Nara Park, Japan

The next day, from my hotel, I walk 20 minutes with my luggage in tow to Kintetsu-Nippombashi station to take a train to Nara station. It took me around an hour to reach Nara by train.

Waiting my train to Nara
Once I reach Kintetsunara station, I'm trying to find a coin locker to put my luggage. If the locker is full, you can go to the Nara city tourist information centre and ask them to look after your luggage for a fee. You need to come back before 7pm to collect your luggage. At Kintetsunara station, there's a Aeon Jusco, I pack my sushi lunch there to Nara Park.

On my way to Nara Park
You need to walk around 10 minutes to Nara Park from Kintetsunara station.

Some warning
There's a few temple inside Nara Park. I never really explore all the temple. My original plan was to spend half day in Nara but in the end, is full day by walking, sitting and admiring the sakura flowers.

Kyoto Tower
I reach Kyoto station at 8pm. Once you come out from Kyoto station, Kyoto tower is the first thing in sight. I walk my way to my hotel for check in. I stay in Highland Shimabara Guest House. The website state it is 15 minutes walk from Kyoto station but I feel like around 30 minutes to reach the guesthouse. I'm the 2nd last person to check in. When I reach, the reception is closed but she actually prepared all the instruction on how to check in. While self-checking in, I bump into the receptionist, actually she's preparing to going back.

Room is big and nice. Is worth the money paid for.

Before the receptionist going back, I ask her is there any nice food around here. Any nice yakitori shop to recommend? She give me a direction to a yakitori shop around.

Nice Yakitori shop and nice food. I had few round of beer and the damage for this dinner is around RM150 for 2 person.
